b) Maintenance Program and AD Oversight –

• Oversight of all maintenance due requirements to ensure the fleet remains fully compliant

c) Assessment of Deferred Maintenance Items

• Ensure all maintenance remains in compliance with MEL limitations

d) Aircraft Condition Monitoring

• Continuous Monitoring of Reliability Data to Identify Repetitive Defects

e) Maintenance Planning, Layover Coordination

• Ensuring completion of short-term maintenance
• Perform Out of Phase Maintenance
• Trouble Shooting & Defect Rectification

f) Prioritization of Maintenance Activities & assignment of resources and manpower

g) Trouble Shooting Support

h) Maintenance & MEL Dispatch Control

i) Work (package) assignment to AMO's

j) Aircraft Changes Co-ordinates with OCC

• Ensure effective optimized for maintenance decisions for schedule changes to resolve conflicts between maintenance and daily operations schedule.

k) Aircraft On the Ground (AOG)

• Ensuring safe and serviceable aircraft
• Availability of aircraft to meet the schedule
• During AOG's to co-ordinate all necessary activities to expedite the return of the aircraft to service
• Ensure on-time repair solutions for AOG maintenance by expediting all material and parts requirements

l) Outstation Coordination and Support

• Developing scheduled maintenance forecast based on analysis of airline schedules and maintenance operations.
• Scheduling maintenance activities based on the required aircraft operational usage to minimize costs and ensure efficiency.
• Planning, managing, preparing, and issuing all maintenance work packages for line and base maintenance activities, based on the following aspects: Type and nature of the airline operations
  Typical Down Time & Availability
  Specific Facility Requirements to support the complexity of the required maintenance
  Manpower and competence requirements
  

• Update & Monitor Removal/Installation of Aircraft/Engines/APU/Propeller Assembly and components inc. A/C Hours Cycs & Lndgs.
  
• Updating/preparing complied AD, SB, and EO Monthly Status Reports carried out on Aircrafts/Engines/Propellers
  
• Build-up/Update Engine, APU & Major Components
  
• Review and File Aircraft work packages (light and heavy checks, out of phase items, and modifications)
  
• Prepare/Consolidate/Validate Technical Documents for Audits by QA and other audit bodies Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC) preparation for extension and renew
