Responsibilities'

• I've strong understanding of the principles of trauma-informed care and interaction, including prioritizing safety, trustworthiness, and transparency, fostering peer support, promoting collaboration and empowerment, respecting individuals' voice and choice, and recognizing cultural and gender-based considerations.
• Supported girls through legal proceedings, including accompanying them to the OCMC and police station, providing assistance, and aiding in filing FIRs against perpetrators as their legal guardians.
• I possess expertise in coordinating with stakeholders such as police stations, AHTB, 104 NCRC (National Child Rights Council), ward/municipality authorities, Bal Kalyan Adhikari, NHRC (National Human Rights Commission Nepal), and the Ministry of Women, Children, and Senior Citizens.
• I have assisted in providing testimony in court regarding a rescued victim and her status as required.
• I've maintained records of casework materials, intact files, and a variety of confidential cases.
• I've accompanied rescue teams and provided crisis counseling to victims during rescue operations. Additionally, I have supported survivors by assisting advocates throughout the process.
• Managed victim caseloads to address social work assessments, crisis intervention and care planning.
• I've traveled within and outside Nepal to conduct home safety assessments and trace the homes of individuals. Additionally, I've offered psychosocial counseling to their parents.
• I've supported girls in obtaining their citizenship and birth certificates both within and outside the valley.

• I've two years of experience working at Huawei Tech. Investment Pvt. Ltd. as a sales promoter.

• I've one and a half years of experience working at OPPO Nepal as a sales promoter.
