However, we decided to expand it and now we have group in Bangladesh who is working for promoting the mental health of the people over there. We have short group of enthusiast youth who perform research, survey and conduct sessions and programs in schools and community to educate Nepali and Bangladeshi People about the significance of good mental health.
Assisted learners with neurological conditions like ADHD and Autism in Creative Arts and Health subjects of grade 6,7 and 8
I conducted independent research on the topic "Poor Diet Leading to the Increasing Risk of Atherosclerosis Worldwide." This involved discussions with atherosclerosis patients at Teaching Hospital and Manmohan Memorial Heart and Cardiothoracic Center. I also presented a case report of my grandmother's heart surgery for the same condition, observing the positive impact of a healthy diet on recovery. Additionally, I received informal training from renowned heart surgeon Dr. Samir Yadav, gaining valuable insights into the disease and its management.
Under the guidance of Dr. Ishwori Khanal, I independently conducted research on migraines and Nepal's efforts to address this condition. My study highlighted the prevalence of patients in Nepal misinterpreting migraines as ordinary headaches. By analyzing the data, I identified and recommended specific medications that can effectively improve the management and treatment of migraines in the region.
