• Big three Responsibilities, Manage and maintain IT/EHR computer networks, Inventory, Clinical support systems., Travel in different Municipality and Wards for assisting installation, troubleshooting and support., Good communicator and maintain interdepartmental communication with IT and EHR needs along with internal and external team.
• Areas of Responsibility (AoRs), Manage and maintain IT/EHR computer networks, Inventory, Clinical support systems., Set up workstations with servers & computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, switches, printers etc.) and also check computer hardware (HDD, mouse, keyboard etc.) to ensure functionality., Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications., Provide EHR administrative support (EHR Processes, id creation/deactivation, user role changes etc) and training to end users., Support in Odoo Inventory/Insurance/Reports and other modules included., Communicate and support on EHR reporting to the health post implementation., Maintain a proper backup of production system in local and remote networks., Support and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance., Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment and provide technical assistance to office staffs as needed., Assist in maintaining Internet service and communication systems and organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work if required., Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.), Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule, Maintain accurate and complete documentations for procedures followed
• Travel in different Municipality and Wards for assisting installation, troubleshooting and supporting IT and EHR systems., Visit health post implementation sites to train/support and evaluate installation and support of IT and EHR technology, to determine project needs., Regularly monitor EHR performance parameters in different location and coordinate with hospital manager and EHR team for EHR/IT support to assist if any.
• Good communicator and maintain interdepartmental communication with IT and EHR needs along with internal and external team., Communicate with both the internal and external team depending on the need for the smoothing running of IT and EHR systems., Maintain tickets and issues, Train users about our IT and EHR systems., Maintain a proper documentation system.
