Duties & Responsibilities:
. Responsible for the outgoing and incoming deliveries, and administers the storekeeping and inventories activities.
· Duties include shipping, receiving, storing, record keeping, requisitions, invoices and disposal of non-usable materials and inventory control.
· Performs and initiate accuracy in receiving and outgoing transactions, and ensure quality control.
· Arranging of stocks as per categories, batch and location with the observance of FIFO method.
· Arranging and preparing of items requested by customers as per LPO.
· Performs the duty of the store in charge in time of his absence.
· In a good relationship with the warehouse asst.
· Act as a security in safekeeping of items in the warehouse.
· Monitoring the temperature of the items as per kind and location (specially intended for chilled and frozen items), and keeping it in a safe level to avoid spoilage.
· Preparing report for the near expiry items and damages for disposition.
· Keeping record of fast moving and slow moving items, and informing to the stock controller and sales persons.
· Keeping consumption record in a period of regular customers. And keeping separetly stock for them.
· Taking the stock every month and to show the details to stock controller.
