  • Develop USAID's Farmer-to-Farmer (F2F) global program monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) system through project cycles; design, start-up, implementation, and close-out in line with CRS program quality principles and standards; MEAL policies, procedures; USAID's MEAL requirements; and industry good practices in the Asia, East, West, and Central Africa regions, including Nepal, Timor-Leste, Ethiopia, Uganda, Benin, and Rwanda.
