Team coordination – Ability to follow instructions and support kitchen staff in daily operations
Time management – Developing efficiency in handling multiple tasks under supervision
Ability and willing to learn – Eager to improve skills and adapt to a fast-paced kitchen environment
Mise en sene – Presentation & arrangement (used in theater/film, but can apply to plating in kitchens)
- Food production and pattasaries Training - Hands-on real time experience in food preparation, and knowledge about food item
- Hygiene and cleanliness - Techniques for cleanliness of the kitchen equipment with their appropriate chemical used in it
- Inventory and stock management – Experience with ingredient ordering, storage, and minimizing food waste
