Women's Economic Advancement for Collective Transformation (WEACT)

• Assisted with training for five hundred (500) women in five (5) communities on value addition to shea butter and cocoa products. (Packaging and Branding)
• Collaborated with trainers on empowering thirty-five (35) women leaders in five (5) communities on how to advocate for their rights in Northern Ghana.
• Maternal Health Initiative (MHI)
• Facilitated the sensitization of six hundred (600) women on sexual reproductive health and rights in six (6) districts.
• Led a survey exercise in six (6) districts in the northern region on the increase in contraceptive use among women.

Strategic and Impactful Implementation of Electoral and Institutional Reforms in Ghana

• Developed the concept note for the pre-legislation meeting with fifteen (15) members of the Constitutional, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs Committee to facilitate easy passage of the Affirmative Action Bill in Parliament.
• Developed the concept note for the pre-legislation meeting with 15 members on Gender and Children issues in appropriate legislation and proposals meant to enhance the pursuit of affirmative action.

EmPowerMom Initiative

• Successfully decreased teenage pregnancy rates by 25% in two communities, creating awareness through reproductive health education and access to resources.
