John Constantakis

The youngest of five children and born in Nassau Bahamas in 1959. Attended St Andrew's School in the Bahamas until graduating in 1976.

Worked in the family's hotel and hospitality business, then went on to attend the College of The Bahamas as well as Acadia University in Nova Scotia, Canada.

On returning to Nassau, opened and operated a pizzeria and sports pub located on the hotel's property for ten years.

On June 1990 married Charlotte Albury, who was also born in the Bahamas and is also a real estate agent with HG Christie Real Estate and continue to work as a team. After the family hotel business was sold in 1992, continued in the hospitality sector for two years working for one of the top tour companies in Nassau, Majestic Tours.

With his wife decided to open their own retail store which grew from one store to three, two in Nassau and one on Paradise Island. Eventually after selling all the stores in 2007.

Joined the HG Christie team in 2005 as a licensed real estate agent and after taking advanced real estate courses in real estate and selling a required amount in real estate sales set by the Bahamas Real Estate Association, received a Broker's license in 2018.

During employment with HG Christie Real Estate, have received several awards including Top producer on several occasions and the latest award in 2023, Circle of Excellence.

Was elected on the board of the Bahamas Real Estate Association and served for two years as Chairman of The monitoring Committee in 2020.
