I started working out during the Covid-19 lockdown in 2020, and it started as a strict routine to get 6-pack abs and then turned into a body-building routine to get strong and big I have been following it consistently with some tiny rest periods due to prioritizing school for 5 years. At first, I never saw myself as somebody who works out, but as I did it consistently, my parents bought me a pull-up bar for my door frame and 10lbs dumbbells, after that, I started to work to invest into making my own home gym, and I now have adjustable dumbbells a barbell a squat rack an adjustable bench and a punching bag. I currently run a workout routine where I workout whenever my muscles aren't sore and I eat a healthy diet that allows me to Lean bulk.
