• Responsible for creating the component and vehicle level DVP for component/system sign off.
• Project management of component delivery through all development phases from RFQ to SOP.
• Take care of new vehicle level functional requirements into system, subsystem, and component level requirements.

• Successful experience of around 19 years in Automotive OEMs, Tier-I & Engineering service Organisations.
• Core Closure Sealing Subject Matter Expert in Automotive Sealing field.
• Brilliant Knowledge of Automotive BIW Closures, Sealing System & Glasses.
• Develop a high level of technical competence for advanced, in-house product development.
• Demonstrated breakthrough excellence in new product and technology additions aligned with the customer requirements and business demands.
• Lead collaborative problem-solving on systemic issues including interfaces with other domains.
• Well experienced on Various Automotive Closures & Exterior Parts Door window, Hidden Frame Window sealing system, Inner Door Seal Variable type, Hood & Tailgate sealing Parts etc.
• An effective leader with excellent communication, collaboration, team building & mentoring skills.
