DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up and prepared cooking supplies and workstations during opening and closing to maximize productivity
- Wrap up and store unused food in appropriate containers and placed in refrigerator to avoid spoilage
- Weigh, measure and mix ingredients according to recipe
- Maintain food hygiene and implement food handling practices
- Prepare and cook orders in accordance with portion and quality standards
- Check kitchen equipment like oven, grill is fully operational
- Prepare mise-en-place for the next day
- Performs other related work as required.
