I have developed a strong foundation in customer service and client relations through diverse professional roles and personal experiences. My journey commenced at McDonald’s right after I graduated from high school in Costa Rica, where I gained crucial skills in customer interaction and teamwork within a dynamic environment.

Transitioning to Teleperformance, I worked diligently as a Customer Service Agent, managing inquiries and resolving issues for various clients from the United States. Currently, I serve as a lead teacher in the Pre-K room at KinderCare Learning Centers, where I create and implement engaging educational programs that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development among young children. My teaching philosophy emphasizes individualized learning and cultivates an environment rich in curiosity and exploration.

I am a dedicated advocate for individuals, particularly within education, and I believe wholeheartedly in the transformative power of learning.
