- Develop/implement assessment tools and update operational map for the aspect of program monitoring/evaluation
- Assist to develop training package/other community events and share with In Reach Workers and implement in the field level
- Undertaking and facilitating others to implement the M&E plan, regularly revising and updating performance indicators, methods, formats and analytical processes
- Approved/recommend leave of /Center In charge/ IRW/DIC /SSU team and PO/MIS according to field situation remaining within the BIJAM leave policy and inform timely to the Project coordinator
- Ensure all the staffs working under are secure in the work
- Ensure BIJAM properties are secure enough
- At any cost never compromise with staff's security issue
- Maintain and keep high level confidentiality of official/confidential documents and ensure all sub-ordinates
- Strictly follow the rules and regulations of organization and ensure all the team members are doing the same
- Monitor and manage Community Led HIV testing as per national guideline
- Collaborating with implementing partners and primary stakeholders to develop feasible and effective discussion events where M&E data are analyzed and corrective actions can be agreed upon
- Ensure daily data entry on ONHIS and review the voucher of financial transaction
